Briefs
The responsibility is taken by our clients to provide our team with a full brief of their shoot. Should any details be missing in the brief, the client will accept the photographer/videographers interpretation of what the shoot is about and what is most important to shoot.

Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before shooting commences and the remainder on acceptance of a finished draft. 

Please note that our pricing excludes ANY additional expenses including travel outside of JHB, accommodation, additional gear rental or studio hire. 

Raw footage not included unless otherwise requested in writing. It can be purchased at an additional cost. 

Snippet Video reserves the right to withhold any photo’s or footage until full payment has been received.

Overtime 
Should any shoot run late, overtime will be billed at an hourly rate. 
Additional Expenses

Where additional expenses are incurred by the photographer/videographer due to changes in the original brief by our client or circumstances beyond the photographer’s/videographer’s control, the client agrees to pay such reasonable expenses at the photographers/videographers normal rates.

Cancellation Policy 
Cancellation 5 days before the shoot, 30% cancellation fee 
Cancellation 2 days before the shoot, 50% cancellation fee 
Cancellation less than 2 days before the shoot, 100% cancellation fee 

Copyright
Use and copyright of all photos / footage may be used at any time and in any part of the world for the purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting our work unless otherwise stipulated or requested in writing from the client.
